Kelly’s passion for personal development and empowerment began at rock bottom. By 33, her life resume read like the fairy tales tell us they should: married, in a high profile corporate job, and focused on the social media lens of her life. She should have been living her best life but instead she felt stressed and burnt out.
Eventually, Kelly Nagle experienced the epiphany that took her breath away. Although she was dedicating her life to empowering disenfranchised communities, she had become disempowered in her own life. It was a sudden realization that she had been in an unhealthy relationship for years and was suffering from emotional and psychological wounds that had unknowingly eroded her confidence and happiness.
Those wounds meant that her life looked successful on the outside while she struggled with debilitating stress and fear that caused her to feel overwhelmed and exhausted trying to survive from day to day.
With conscious, albeit painful changes, Kelly set out to chart a new, better, course for her life that included leaving her marriage and eventually her job. What she found is genuine happiness, improved mental and physical wellness and the courage to honor her passions. The creation of the Uncharted Community is the net result of Kelly’s path to reclaiming her self-worth and confidence to fearlessly chase her dreams to build a career based on her purpose - helping others on the path to living courageously.
Through Uncharted Community, Kelly provides guidance and insight via her writing and speaking to help others go from existing in life as burnt out, stressed and not fulfilling your true passions to living everyday feeling uplifted, fearless in the face of challenges and courageously pursuing your goals. Kelly offers a variety of more personalized options from group sessions to individual coaching sessions to meet the needs of her clients so they can live courageously and fulfill their life's purpose.
“As leaders, we can’t show up at work and make the impact we want without unwavering inner strength and courage. Yet so often we feel unsure about our decision making, fear of rejection or criticism, a crisis of confidence, or a lack of clarity for our personal goals and journey ahead. If we can be empowered as individuals, we can be even better leaders.” - Kelly Nagle
